Frequently asked questions
Is the wood really installed and how do we
do maintain such competitive pricing.

Manufacturing a horse stall requires close attention to
detail and high quality material due to a horses sheer
weight and power.   But by no means does it have to fly
into outer space.   We do not manufacture 40 different
stall fronts.  We focus on a few.   Not having to re invent
the wheel every time we begin a project simply makes
manufacturing less expensive.

What is the standard gap between the posts?
Aluminum posts are welded every 4 inches.
The gap between
the tubes is 3.5 inches.   The overall
height and spacing can be adjusted
to your specifications.   An additional
charge may occur if more material is required.

Is any of the wood pressure treated in your panels?
In most cases the wood is not pressure treated due to
dangerous chemicals in pressure treated wood.
An exception is the bottom board of every panel.   We use a
pressure treated board at the bottom of every panel to
lengthen the life of the bottom board.   Another common
instance is when a panel, barn door, or dutch door is going
to be used on the outside of the building.   In some
circumstances it is recommended to use pressure treated
lumber.

Is there any metal in our panels that will rust?
There is no metal in this stall that
will rust or corrode.  No matter what process used to
prevent rust in  standard steel it will rust and corrode.  And
in most cases this will begin to happen within days or weeks
of use.   There are many companies that claim that their
steel stalls will not rust due to the metal being hot dipped,
triple galvanized, powder coated on top of that and etc etc.
The bottom line is steel will rust and that is the
unfortunate nature of the steel.   Any horse  environment is
steels worse nightmare due to the constant contact with
hooves, bridles, equipment, stall cleaning, urine, moist
environment and etc.   Thus aluminum is the common sense
choice.  And to ensure the utmost in safety we use the
thickest and hardest aluminum compound in every stall we
manufacture to make our panels stronger than any steel
stall available on the market.
