The horse stall panels and accessories that
we ship are all completely assembled with wood
and 100 percent complete.  For example there is
no attach channel B3 to grill  C4 using screw B8.   
The pictures that you see on our site is exactly
what you receive.   There will be no trips to the
hardware store to gather hardware to make
our panels work with your barn.  

For over ten years we have been
producing panels to within an 1/8
of an inch of your exact
specifications.  If you are looking
for some helpful
advice we have installed our
panels in Zoo's, 200 horse stall
arena's to garages converted
into horse barns.   

Our horse stalls can either be
used in the traditional post type
or a Portable/Stand Alone option.
When ordering post type
packages or stand alone the hardware
is already included.

If you are looking to convert your
package to a portable option we
convert the standard panels to
portable/stand alone.  The portable
stalls are completely independent and require no
other reinforcement.  
The framing on the portable stalls are
reinforced with additional support and
the panels are interlocking to provide
the highest strength possible.  
On average 3 adults assemble a stall
an hour.   Pictured below are some
of our portable horse stalls.
Our Patented J Channel Frame is
nearly double the thickness of
our nearest competitor. It also
has our unique round bead on
both channel ends for a FSA
tested 40% increase in strength.  
 This ensures the strongest
frame on the market with NO
jagged edges!!!!

Our vertical tubes have a .125
inch sidewall.  An 1/8 inch.
